Website Update 06.19.04

The entire website has been updated.  Major changes include updated 2004 racing schedule, removed the message forum and old photo files, updated hyperlink menus throughout, and updating the sponsors and links pages.  New photos coming soon!  Also added photo hyperlinks to some popular videos.
